    Khleber M. Van Zandt
    established
    Tidball, Van Zandt & Company

    Fort Worth National Bank
in 1884 when a formal charter was issued.  The bank served as a major financial institution in the building of the community.  After 1974, the bank was sold and became known as Texas American Bancshares, then Team Bank in the 1980's, and finally Bank One in 1995.
