At first I though this came with the latch and bolt too, but it does not. Quality, fit, and finish seem good for the price. The knob can be popped off (with the provided tool) to access the screws straight on. IT DOES NOT TURN as it is not meant to. This is just for looks and something to hold onto to open or close a door. If this is all you need then here you go!

I have used a few of the products in this line. These, bedroom/bathroom lock knobs, and the hall closet ones. They all work well and look nice. Very easy to install. I've had some installed over a year and a half and they still look good as new.
